James Perry Beyer
James Beyer is a creator, problem-solver, and family-focused builder dedicated to bringing thoughtful design and quality construction to homeowners across Texas.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Architecture and Masters of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, James returned to his roots to help lead the multi-generational Beyer Plumbing Company, where he developed a deep understanding of residential and commercial construction.
Beyer Custom Homes is an extension of that passion—combining James’ eye for design, his commitment to doing things the right way, and his belief that homes should reflect the people who live in them. Whether managing renovations or custom builds, James leads with transparency, craftsmanship, and a genuine desire to serve families well.
Kyle Gottardy
Kyle Gottardy serves as Vice President of Beyer Custom Homes, bringing a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and hands-on construction experience.
A former head coach, teacher, and college athlete, Kyle’s career has been built on guiding teams, developing people, and delivering results. Before joining the Beyer family of companies, he spent time in residential construction, gaining practical field experience and an eye for detail that translates directly into the custom home and renovation space.
At Beyer Plumbing and now Beyer Custom Homes, Kyle is known for his ability to lead with clarity, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project is executed with precision. His commitment to excellence and servant-leadership mindset make him a foundational part of the company’s future.
